Neighborhood Improvements

The proposed site plan has been thoughtfully designed to provide effective buffering, both spatially and through landscape screening, ensuring seamless integration for adjacent neighbors and the surrounding community’s character. As proposed, the development exceeds the requirement to retain 30% of the property as open space, not including the new 27,000 square-foot public park space.

As part of the development, the property will be improved with walking trails and sidewalks to enhance the neighborhood’s walkability.

The public roadways adjacent to the property will be upgraded to municipal standards.

Additional infrastructure will be installed to help facilitate additional improvements to water and sewer lines in the area.

The existing acreage will be improved from its current condition. As part of regrading, the engineering plans call specify best management practices for stormwater runoff to reduce the pre-existing impact that heavy rains have in the area. This investment and modernization of the property to current standards will benefit how stormwater is managed and retained in the neighborhood.
